How to Play Beach Bingo

Use this game for practicing number recognition for numbers 1-30.

Here’s how to play:

• Print out the Bingo cards and number tiles (We use this printer).
• Use cardstock or laminate the cards and tiles if desired for durability.
• Cut out each card and the page of number tiles.
• Arrange the number tiles in a pile so they are out of order.
• Draw one number tile at a time and call out the number for your child to cover on their board.
• Use small items to cover the numbers on the Bingo board during play, like the small LEGO pieces in the picture below.
• Once your child has a line of five numbers, or numbers and the free space, either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally they win and can shout Bingo!

 

Other Ways to Play Beach Bingo

Matching Game

These cards also make an easy matching game for little ones. Just have them match number tiles to numbers on their bingo boards by placing the number tile on top. This is a perfect activity for independent work and centers.

 

Addition & Subtraction Practice

You could also use these bingo cards for simple addition and subtraction practice. Choose two number tiles and have your child add or subtract the numbers to find a number to cover on their board.
