Welcome to our Letter of the Week Series!
Each week for 26 weeks I put out a letter of the week printable notebook pack and a corresponding post with ideas for a letter-themed week.
Each post includes book lists, a list of animals that start with the letter of the week and play ideas relating to each letter.
Every post is a bit different, depending on what activities I came up with for that letter. But, they all include great book options and put an emphasis on play and learning about the world.
I love to go down homeschooling rabbit holes:) And, so I tried to include as much outside knowledge ideas as I could.
Like, including a list of animals that start with the letter of the week. Including links to animal facts and even live animal cams when I found them, to help you and your child explore animals that correspond to the current letter of the week.
Printable Letter Notebook Packs
The printable Letter A pack will always be free and you can find the rest for sale in my shop.
The Letter Notebooks feature:
- Both uppercase and lowercase letter pages.
- The images used in the pack represent different phonetic sounds for each letter.
- The packs are as low ink as I can make them, including black & white versions when I have those images, for the color heavy puzzle images.
I call the printable pack a letter notebook and would suggest completing the activities and gluing them into a notebook.
That way you’ll be able to review each of the letters easily. It will also help keep things organized for you by having all of the activity pages stored in one location. The puzzles can be glued to cardboard, printed on cardstock, or laminated and pieces put into a Ziploc bag for repeated play throughout the year.
